Baldwin is a Multicultural Social Planner at the City of Vancouver Government Administration, Canada. Baldwin is head of the Vancouver Dialogues project – Dialogue Between First Nations, Urban Aboriginal and Immigrant Communities in Vancouver – which aims to increase understanding, and build relationships between indigenous population and immigrant communities in Canada. Baldwin is currently the only member of the Executive Committee to represent the governmental sector, bringing a fresh perspective of real world application of OICD theory and methodology to the organization.
