Consisting of research, analysis, interpretation and intervention stages, the unique EMIC Process sets out to bring systematic and applied Intra-Cultural Development capacity to organizations and agencies in the conflict transformation and peace and cohesion making sectors. “The EMIC Process: An Information Sheet for Organizations and Agencies.” gives more information on the process and sets forward the key arguments for incorporating an interdisciplinary approach to understanding and engaging identities.
